About Dr. Kamlesh

Dr. Kamlesh Jain is the founder and CEO of Excelminds, an NLP & Emotional Intelligence coach, corporate trainer, and recruitment specialist. Before turning her focus to people development, she built a career across banking, insurance, and international business. She holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and is a certified NLP and Emotional Intelligence practitioner, and has designed and delivered soft skills, leadership, and customer service training for organisations across Nigeria, the wider Africa region, the Middle East, and India.
